Visit Freedom Weekend Aloft during launch time and watch the sky be painted with 80 hot-air balloons.  It is a unique and wonderful experience for all ages.

Hot-Air Balloon Launch Window of Time

Friday, May 25, 2012 – 6 PM – 8 PM
Saturday, May 26, 2012 – 6 PM – 8 PM
Sunday, May 27, 2012 – 6 PM – 8 PM
Monday, May 28, 2012 – 6 PM – 8 PM

Saturday, Sunday and Monday the balloons are in the Simpsonville/Heritage Park area flying from 7AM – 9 AM, weather permitting.  Do not forget to look up to sky during this time.

Safety First:  Balloons may be grounded due to high winds, fog, thunderstorms, etc.  The decision to fly or display balloons is made immediately prior to flight time.  Look for the green (flying), yellow (waiting) or red  (not flying) flag near the hot-air balloon launch field.
